- Position chin in the concave part of the collar and wrap around the neck.
- Adjust brace at the back to ensure perfect fit with the Velco stripe.

Exchange/Return/Refund Policy
1. No Return/Exchange is allowed for products in opened packaging / wear & tear or any other condition that vary from original packaging.
2. Product should be checked upon receipt and if found damage/defect, replacement will be considered provided immediate notification is made.
3. If refund is applicable due to exchange is not possible, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14-30 days.
4. Fitting service fee / Urgent delivery fee is non refundable.
