Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for sales representatives.
- Preparing Quotation & Sales Invoices.
- Document processing, updating and archiving.
- Organizing marketing materials.
- Assisting in Logistic Management and Consignment Stock.
- Undertaking routine and Ad-hoc non-routine tasks.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
- Experienced in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to undertake pressure & meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with pleasant personality
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Added Advantage)
